Content Policy

Updated

This Policy applies to every request you send through the Platform and all content it generates.

  1. Prohibited content and uses You may not use the Platform to generate, distribute, or process content that includes, without limitation:
  • content that violates applicable law, or use that commits or assists a crime;
  • content that infringes others' rights, including privacy, personal information, intellectual property, and reputation;
  • any sexual content involving minors;
  • content that promotes or incites violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination;
  • fraud, phishing, or impersonation of any person or organization;
  • writing or spreading malicious code, attacking others' systems, or gaining unauthorized access;
  • bulk spam or manipulation of public opinion;
  • attempts to bypass, probe, or evade the Platform's moderation and limits.
  1. Prohibited abuse The following are also prohibited: registering accounts in bulk, using other people's accounts, lending or selling API keys, gaming rewards through self-referrals or similar schemes, abusive chargebacks or repeated top-up and refund cycles, and using technical means to get around concurrency and rate limits.

  2. Moderation Requests are checked before they are sent on. Requests that clearly violate this Policy are rejected outright and not charged. Moderation rules are configured by the operator according to local laws and regulations. To prevent evasion, a rejection tells you only the violation category, not the specific rule. We may also act on content after it has been generated.

  3. Enforcement Depending on the situation, we may require you to complete verification, throttle your calls, pause API keys or API access, or freeze your account, for a period set according to the circumstances. In serious cases, and after review by an administrator, we may ban the account permanently. You will be told of any action through an in-app notification.

  4. Appeals If you disagree with an action, submit an appeal from the Appeals page in the console and explain the situation. Each action can have only one pending appeal at a time, and you will be notified of the outcome. Appeals are not available for accounts suspended by an administrator; contact us at the email address shown on the suspension page.

  5. Your responsibilities You are responsible for the requests sent through your account and API keys, and for how you use the generated content. If you build the Platform into your own product, you must make sure your users also follow this Policy.

  6. Changes An updated version of this Policy takes effect when it is published on this page.
