Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of this Platform ("we", "us") about your use of the Platform. By registering, signing in, or calling the Platform's API, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Platform's Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Content Policy.
-
Account You must register with an email address that can receive mail and verify it. Until your email is verified, you cannot top up, create API keys, or redeem codes. Keep your password safe and do not share it with anyone. Any action taken through your account is treated as your own.
-
API keys API keys are your credentials for calling the Platform. You can set a source IP allowlist and spending limits for each key, and you can pause, reset, or revoke a key at any time. A revoked key cannot be restored. Spending limits are checked when a request starts, so concurrent calls may settle slightly above the limit. You may call the Platform from your own products to serve your users, and you are responsible for those calls. You may not lend, sell, or publicly share your API keys or your account. If a key is exposed, revoke it immediately. Every call made with your key is billed to you.
-
Billing and balance Usage is billed by actual consumption at the unit prices published in the model catalog, in the Platform's settlement currency. Each call is billed at the price in effect when it started; later price changes are never applied to past bills. Failed or cancelled calls are free. If an upstream provider does not report complete usage, we bill the usage we recorded and mark it as estimated. Charges are taken from bonus credit first (earliest expiry first) and then from your top-up balance. Top-up balance does not expire. Bonus credit can only be used on models that accept it, and bonus credit with an expiry date is cleared when it expires. Credit cannot be transferred between accounts, and referral rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash. A text call that has already started is not interrupted when your balance runs out; the excess is recorded as arrears. While you are in arrears, new calls are rejected until you top up.
-
Model and price changes A public model is never silently replaced with a different model. Price changes, model retirements, and similar changes are published as announcements, and users who used the affected model in the last 30 days receive an in-app notification. A retired model can no longer be called and is not mapped to any other model.
-
Availability We work to keep the service stable but do not commit to any specific availability level. Upstream provider outages, network problems, or maintenance may cause calls to fail or slow down; maintenance is announced through announcements. To protect the service, each account and key has concurrency and rate limits. If you need higher concurrency, submit a ticket. Model output is generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate. Verify it before use; you are responsible for how you use it.
-
Restrictions and enforcement You must follow the Platform's Content Policy. For violations or abnormal use, we may require verification, throttle your calls, pause keys or API access, or freeze your account; in serious cases we may ban the account permanently. You can appeal an enforcement action from the Appeals page in the console. If your account was suspended by an administrator, contact us at the email address shown on the suspension page.
-
Account deletion You can request account deletion in your account settings. Deletion is not possible while you have arrears, an unfinished refund, a pending invoice, or an unfinished media task. After you submit the request there is a 7-day period in which you can cancel it; deletion is carried out when that period ends. What is deleted and what is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.
-
Changes and governing law We may update these Terms. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page, and continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator is located. If you have questions, submit a ticket from the console.
